Your personal data collected for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned Purposes may be transferred, within the scope of our legitimate interests, to our attorneys and consultants from whom we receive legal consultancy services; to our suppliers related to your application; to relevant parties to whom personal data has been transferred, limited to the notification to be made if you request correction/destruction within the scope of Article 11(1)(f) of the Law; to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private persons, including the Personal Data Protection Authority, for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right and for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified under Article 5 of the Law and the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified under the relevant article of the Law.

Your personal data is collected through the data subject application form, petitions, and email channels that you submit through electronic and physical environments within the scope of fulfilling the Purposes stated above.

If you submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to our Company, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our Company may charge the fee determined in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
