Your personal data are collected whenever you interact with our Company through electronic channels such as our website, call center, mobile applications, social media platforms, telephone communications, and internal Company systems, by fully or partially automated means, as well as through dealers and authorized service providers by non-automated methods in physical environments.
On What Legal Grounds Are Your Personal Data Processed?
Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract, for the purposes of providing services and after-sales support, creating customer records, conducting appointment scheduling, on-site demonstrations, sales processes, and managing authorized service operations.
- Establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right, for the purpose of evaluating your requests and complaints.
- Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, for the purposes of:
- managing membership registration and operating your membership account (where you choose to become a member),

- ensuring that the relevant business units perform the necessary operational activities,

Where you provide your explicit consent, the following categories of personal data may be processed:
- Identity Information (name, surname, Turkish Identification Number, date of birth);
- Contact Information (email address, mobile phone number, address);
- Customer Transaction Information (invoices, communication records, order details including order number, order date and amount, survey responses, workplace information, membership records);
- Financial Information (credit/debit card information and bank account details).
These personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Conducting campaigns, sweepstakes, and competitions;
- Increasing customer satisfaction;
- Measuring and improving brand perception;
- Conducting market research and surveys;
- Personalizing the services offered by the Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs;
- Sending advertisements, promotional materials, campaigns, and similar commercial communications through your preferred communication channels;
- Sharing such data with third-party service providers from whom we receive services for these purposes.
To Whom and For What Purposes May Your Personal Data Be Transferred?
Your personal data collected may be transferred, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in Article 8 of the KVK Law, to:
- our dealers;
- our suppliers;
- legally authorized public institutions;
- authorized private persons;
solely for the purposes described above.
In accordance with the conditions specified under Article 9 of the KVK Law, the following personal data:
- Identity Information (name, surname);
- Contact Information (email address, mobile phone number);
- Marketing Information (your consent records, profile created based on your preferences and needs, direct marketing records);
- Transaction Security Information (IP address);
may be transferred to sub-processors located abroad that are engaged by our service providers for the purposes of conducting marketing activities and managing customer satisfaction processes.
What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVK Law, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- To request information if your personal data has been processed;
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose;
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or abroad;
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request notification of such corrections to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and other applicable legislation, and request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been been transferred;
- To object to any result arising against you through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems;
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if processing your request requires additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
